Privacy Policy
Last updated · May 2026
game-play.net is a private community website operated by its founder. This page explains, in plain terms, what this site collects and what it does with it. The short version: there are no user accounts here, we do not run analytics or advertising, and we store no personal data on you.
What this site collects
Because the site has no registration and no forms, we do not collect names, email addresses or any other details you might type anywhere. There is nowhere to type them.
Like any website served over the internet, this site is hosted on infrastructure that automatically records routine connection data — the IP address a request came from, the time of the request, the browser's user agent and the pages requested. This is standard server logging used to keep the site working and to block abusive traffic. Those logs are retained only as long as needed for that purpose and are not sold, shared or used to build profiles.
Analytics, advertising and third parties
This site uses no analytics services, no advertising networks, no social buttons and no third-party scripts. Pages may link out to external stores (such as Steam or Google Play) when describing games; once you leave this site, their own policies apply.
Membership and the private network
Membership of the community is arranged person to person and is not handled through this website. Details exchanged during the invitation process are managed directly between members and are not stored on this site.
Your rights
You are entitled to know what is held about you and to ask for it to be corrected or removed. Since this site holds no personal data about its visitors, there is normally nothing to correct or remove — but if you have a question, contact us at contact@game-play.net and we will help.
Changes
If this policy ever changes in a meaningful way, this page will be updated with a new date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
